What we collect, and why

Your name, email address and phone number, the dates and number of guests you ask about, and your message if you write one. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you decide to stay, to arrange it. Everything except the message is needed to reply to you.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We don’t use your details for marketing, and we don’t sell them or pass them on.

Who else sees them

The site and the enquiry database run on Cloudflare, Inc.; the database is stored in the European Union. Each enquiry also reaches us by email, in a Gmail inbox (Google). Cloudflare and Google participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which covers any transfer outside the EU.

If you call us or message us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation is handled by your phone provider or by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms.

How long

An enquiry is deleted from the database automatically 180 days after the check-out date you asked about. We delete the copy in our inbox on the same schedule. If you book a stay, the details it needs are kept for as long as the law requires, for example for guest registration and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to reservations@villa-green-wave.com or call +385 95 859 4932.

You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
